At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. Daniel 12:1
Things are going to continue to get more intense. The divide between the truth and evil will become even more pronounced to the point that many of the sleepers will awaken. Then they will have to decide whom they will serve.
And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:15
God is going to show up this year in even greater ways in people’s lives, for those who continue to turn their faces to Him. For those who shun Him and run from Him – things will get increasingly bad. Time is on God’s side – as He is that He is. God is never in a hurry nor is He slow, those ideas are ‘ours’, because from His throne all of time has already happened. What we are experiencing is our place in His timeline. The need to surrender to Him is only increasing as time begins to compress for us. As we turn fully to God, we will begin to experience His revelation, salvation, and our position in His ‘time’. Time will begin to ‘run out’ for those not pressing into Him, and the need will increase to ‘seek’ Him. God is merciful and wants EVERYONE to avoid His eternal judgment. (Romans 6:23)
Are you able to stay in His Presence while the distress all around you increases dramatically? This will be our challenge more and more. Is the fruit of the Spirit now greatly active in your life? Is the Holy Spirit working in your life concerning those 9 fruit? (Galatians 5:22-23) They will be greatly needed in your life in the coming days. Do you have ‘testimony’ of God’s daily salvation working in your life that you can share in a moments notice? Can you share what the Holy Spirit is teaching you daily? Are you asking for Him to teach you, show you, and use you?
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. John 14:26
Are you receiving personal (Rhema) Word(s) from the Lord… daily? Are you seeking His advice to you? Are you seeking His comfort to you? Are you seeking His love to permeate even greater into your life? If you are reading the scriptures – be sure NOT to read it like an atheist. Read them WITH the Holy Spirit, while He is guiding, advising, teaching, and questioning you. How important should that practice be in our lives? As the days wind down, and the crisis and stress increases – this practice will become more and more valuable to be able to maneuver through each day.
The Lord will widen the spaces for many who have been faithful with the ‘little’ in His sight. He will give more to those who actually have been obedient to the instructions He has given them. But these will NOT use the increases for their own purposes – but for the ‘ministry’ (not institutional ministry but personal Rhema directed) the Lord has called each of them to. Some of this widening will be for others ‘salvation’. Some for refuge. Some for supply of those in need. These people have learned how to ‘listen’ and obey the Lord, and He can trust them. Can He trust you? Will you give when you don’t see any ‘return’? How much do you trust Him?

No one knows their own ‘time’ (day or hour) to be called into His Throne Room to stand before Him.
