“You shall not give a false report; you shall not join hands with the wicked to be a malicious witness [promoting wrong and violence]. You shall not follow a crowd to do [something] evil, nor shall you testify at a trial or in a dispute so as to side with a crowd in order to pervert justice; nor shall you favor or be partial to a poor man in his dispute [simply because he is poor]. How much is our culture now ruled by the ‘mob’ mentality? How much has social media changed how people use this strategy? How much has the mob mentality now been rejuvenated in our culture because of the wide spread use of centralized technology and social media? How much did we see this strategy used during the COVID debacle, by the government, mainstream media, social media, large corporations, and medical institutional establishment? Are you easily manipulated by the mob mentality? How much do you believe what the BIG corporate media reports now? How did you fare during the COVID year(s) and the massive push by the ‘mob mentality’ to use the public as ‘lab rats’ for a new untested medical technology? The mob mentality is by far the lowest IQ when it comes to understanding a situation or the gravity of the consequences from such rash actions. Lately, I’ve seen lots of attempts at this type of mob mentality strategy with organized ‘protests’. No kings? Paying people to ‘show up’ and protest?
God doesn’t like the mob mentality within His people. Consider Numbers 16:42-50. Look closely to God’s response to the “mob”.
Do you have the fortitude to protect your family against the mob? Consider this lone man’s response to the ‘mob’. Gideon’s dad stops the mob and won’t turn over his son to be murdered. Judges 6:30-32
Are there any left in high positions that aren’t scared of the mob? Jeremiah was saved and not turned over to the mob to be killed. Jeremiah 26:23-24
Then there was the mob who was stirred up to kill Jesus. Matthew in chapters 26-27, which eventually yelled “His blood be on us and on our children!”
Paul had to deal with the mob too.
But Jews arrived from Antioch and Iconium, and having won over the crowds, they stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, thinking he was dead. But the disciples formed a circle around him, and he got up and went back into the city; and the next day he went on with Barnabas to Derbe. Acts 14:19-20
The mob does NOT have a high IQ, nor does it consider any type of truth, or tolerate any questions. How many times have you been tempted to join the ‘mob’? The mob mentality usually is first encountered on the elementary school yard and is elevated each year into the college years in our school institutions.
Beloved, what is coming will DEFINITELY be using this mob mentality strategy. Has the Holy Spirit taught you how to ‘stand-alone’ only with Him? Have you already decided to follow Jesus NO MATTER the circumstances? I guarantee you – Jesus will NOT be found in the ‘mob’. The King of Kings is not swayed by the human fervor whipped emotional actions. We must learn NOW how to walk ONLY with Him. There certainly have been tests in this last decade of falling into the ‘mob mentality’. And it will only get worse. So NOW is when you need to make the decision to NOT be swept up into the mob mentality in the future.
How well have your learned to hear His voice (the still small voice of the Holy Spirit within you) during intense crisis situations? Can you hear Him above your own emotions? This isn’t as easy to learn as it is to write or say. We MUST learn in the small lessons today how to hear Him in our everyday struggles and decisions.
Father YOU alone know the complete TRUTH! Jesus YOU ARE the TRUTH! Holy Spirit YOU declare the TRUTH!
Can you recognize the Truth over what the mob is yelling? Can you hear Him over what the mob is chanting / spitting loudly in your face?
