He is faithful!

In Your faithfulness You have led the people whom You have redeemed; In Your strength You have guided them to Your holy habitation. Exodus 15:13

God is leading us away from our life on the west coast. My wife and I have lived on the west coast since our births. Why the move? I know of several reasons but not all. First, we are entering a new phase of life. Both of us are retired now. We are moving to be closer to our children and grandchild. But in my spirit, I know there is WAY more the Lord has in His mind and heart for us … there. So, this has been a long period of preparation for me leading up to this move. So many areas of letting go… and trusting Him. Where is the ‘promised land’ for you? It is where He is ‘calling’ you. Have you asked Him where He is calling you to be / go? We have had to let go, and sell, and give away so much… trusting Him. Can we ‘let go’? So much of our identity has been set into a ’place’ and things. We gotten comfortable thinking “this is us”, when the Lord wants us to be identified in Him rather than ANYTHING else. That doesn’t mean God doesn’t want good and nice things for us … just that He wants our hearts to always be focused on Him rather than His blessings! He IS our greatest and most profound blessing anyone can have!

Certainly goodness and faithfulness will follow me all the days of my life, and my dwelling will be in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23:6

For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in faithfulness. Psalm 33:4

Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, on those who wait for His faithfulness, Psalm 33:18

Your mercy, Lord, extends to the heavens, Your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Psalm 36:5

Trust in the Lord and do good; Live in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Psalm 37:3

What then? If some did not believe, their unbelief will not nullify the faithfulness of God, will it? Far from it! Rather, God must prove to be true, though every person be found a liar, as it is written:

“So that You are justified in Your words,
And prevail
when You are judged.” Romans 3:3-4

God is forever and always …FAITHFUL. Anyone who says any different is a liar! Have you experienced His faithfulness? Can you point to His salvation in your life? Can you point to all the answers to your prayer? Can you point to all the mercy He has shown you? Can you point to all the times He has saved you from disaster? What about ALL the times you have no clue about? What has He been doing on your behalf that you don’t know about? Do you know His love extends beyond what you know?

Can you trust Him when He asks you to “Let go… and follow Me!”? Can you do it when He hasn’t even told you all His plans? Can you launch out and trust Him … in the unknown?

I’d rather have Jesus and His faithfulness than ALL the gold and silver, nice homes, land, and more than anything else. What can the world offer me more than Jesus? Nothing!!! He is worth MORE!!!

Who is able to truly satisfy the soul? ONLY Jesus!

Father YOU are faithful! Jesus YOU are SO faithful to us! Holy Spirit YOUR fruit of faithfulness is SO good! Teach us to understand YOUR love through YOUR fruit of faithfulness!
