“Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!” Psalms 46:10
Faith. Trust. Tested. Do you know He is faithful? How? Do you have a testimony of His faithfulness? How does a child know it’s safe to leap into their daddy’s arms? There will be seasons in your life where your faith in Him will be tested. Why? So that you will know by personal experience that He can be trusted. Have you made declarations that He is your supply and provision? Has He provided in a time where there seemed to be no other solution? He wants this to be known in your life. How can you know it unless you have personally walked through those seasons? Maybe it’s about your health or emotional stability, is He also your healer, provision, counselor, and comfort there too?
Be still. Trust Him.
Loneliness?
A man of many companions may come to ruin,
but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. Proverbs 18:24
Jesus is that ‘friend’. If you will allow Him to be in your life. Jesus provides the Holy Spirit to you. (read John 16:4-14) The Holy Spirit will dwell within you and you will know Him and His Voice. Are you listening to Him?
Be still and … listen to Him.
Is God your actual rest? Do you refuse to fear? Can you rest in Him? When the storms of life rage and blow… are you looking to Him, not in desperation, but in trust? That ability only comes through past trials and tests that you have weathered through. You will KNOW by personal experience … His faithfulness. Jesus really has overcome the world. You will know His love for you on an intimate tested level.
Your righteousness, O God,
reaches the high heavens.
You who have done great things,
O God, who is like you?
You who have made me see many troubles and calamities
will revive me again;
from the depths of the earth
you will bring me up again.
You will increase my greatness
and comfort me again. Psalm 71:19-21
Can you be still …in His Presence? Do you wait upon Him? Are you anxious? Can you allow Him to fill you with His peace?

Lots of good questions my friend. Always challenging the reader, me included. There’s never an end to the tests.

The kingdom of God has no such degrees. We will never stop learning and being tested.
