Whoever pursues righteousness and kindness will find life, righteousness, and honor. Proverbs 21:21
So then let us pursue what makes for peace and for mutual upbuilding. Romans 14:19
Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy. 1 Corinthians 14:1
But as for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness. 1 Timothy 6:11
So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. 2 Timothy 2:22
I say …pursue the Lord with all your heart, mind, and ability. Pursue the Holy Spirit’s fruit in your life. Pursue intimacy with the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Pursue knowing the written Word. Pursue His instruction to you through the Logos and Rhema. Pursue the ‘path’ He has for you. Pursue the purpose of the Lord in you. What gifts did He give you? What are you naturally gifted at? Are you using those gifts for His glory? Are you leaning into those things that fill you with a passion to be with Him, and learn about His Kingdom?
Run from evil and temptation. Turn and pursue the Kingdom of God with all your speed. Even the smallest steps in the right direction make a difference. Usually first steps begin with a conversation with Him (prayer) humbly confessing your ‘need’ for Him .. in this moment and day. Ask the Holy Spirit to empower you with His life and love, and give you what you will need for the coming day.. and tasks. Ask Him to give you words to speak to those you will encounter today. Ask Him to download the Faith you will need today as you step out of your comfort zone to be obedient to Him and His instructions to speak His words and message. This is to be our life’s pursuit. To serve Jesus wherever He has us … in the moment. If you’re alone most of the day do you utilize that time to praise Him out loud? To sing to Him? To speak out loud to Him and say things of love to Him?
Let’s learn to put the fire back into our lives that we had when we first encountered and loved Him. Let’s find that passion and excitement of spiritual exploration with Him. Let’s find that bold and passionate declaration of our love for Him.
Sing to Him with all your might, and volume.
Gloria, gloria in Excelsis Deo!

Love the encouragement my brother
Singing is a powerful tool to center our spirit, soul, and mind. Singing changes the frequency within our own bodies. I am convinced that singing is a heavenly language. I can envision angels joining in when we lift our voices to heaven, not just in church worship time but in those alone times, in the car or in a walk, where ever we might be glorifying the King of Kings.
