The Tapestry made by God

My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Psalms 139:15

The Master Creator has a design and plan and you are part of it. Like a tapestry …God is weaving His plan and design for eternity. A beautiful magnificent work that spans the ages. We are to be part of that tapestry, and woven into the correct place to display His love for all to see. 

I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. Psalms 139:14

We too are designed and planned by Him. Each of us has His threads within us, designed specifically to fit into His loving work. Down in our DNA His mark shouts His Name and design. The enemy’s work is to destroy that plan and your part in it. For the enemies of God hate everything He does …especially us, and His plan for us. The enemy works hard to get you believe you are nothing, worthless, and trash. But God sees you as precious and part of Him and His love for all. You are in His plan and design to display His glory and love for the ages. You have a very specific spot in His heart and part to fill in His tapestry. He designed you and gifted you (given you colors and gifts) exactly for that place. 

Our souls naturally cry out for that space in His tapestry, for it is our fulfillment of our created purpose. A living tapestry that is the epitome of love. Our short existence on earth is our introduction to that purpose and plan of His. Each day He calls you to come and learn from Him. The Master Weaver wants to show you all the things He has for you, and let you know why you are the way you are. Because of His great love He has given each of us free will to choose. Choose Him or not. Choose love or not. Choose His purpose for us or not. Choose a life with Him or not. Choose His Son Jesus or not. Choose His Holy Spirit or not. Choose to follow the Holy Spirit’s instructions and leading or not. Each day on earth is another chance to choose. Earth is our interview for the job He has for us in all of eternity. Even here in this shadowland He gives us divine appointments daily to complete for Him. He wants us to learn to ‘walk with Him’ and learn from Him, and speak His words to others, delivering His love and care. Here on earth we are to ‘work out’ our ‘salvation’ in Him, and with Him. 

Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure. Philippians 2:12-13

Let’s be determined to discover what He has for each of us. To learn with excellence how we fit into His Body. Always honoring the other members above ourselves, and seeking to help them in anyway possible. To learn that the unity of the Body comes from humility and each member concurrently listening to the Head – Jesus. 

But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together. 1 Corinthians 12:24-26

Remember! You are a unique and wonderful design of the Father.
