Children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. Therefore we know that it is the last hour. 1 John 2:18
But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 2 Peter 3:8
For a thousand years in your sight
are but as yesterday when it is past,
or as a watch in the night. Psalms 90:4
We don’t know our personal ‘last hour’. Nor can we also sit back and think that hour will not arrive. And we can’t get complacent in our ‘readiness’. We must prepare and be ready at any moment to depart and be with Him. Reread the parable of the ten virgins. (Matthew 25)
…and you killed the Author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses. Acts 3:15
The Author of our lives has written our days. We just don’t know what day we are on currently. There are SO many statements in the Scriptures which heed us to be ready as life is but a brief breath.
The message of TC2 is to take the step already into that realm. That realm of dying to oneself completely by commitment and relying on the Life of Christ to sustain us to the final day He has written for us, and while we remain in this realm the time here will be about His agenda, His instructions, His message. We are of the understanding that Paul states in Philippians 1:24. But to remain in the flesh is more necessary on your account. A TC2 individual is ALL about their assignment given to them by the Lord Jesus. This TC2 understanding is all about Him, and not about ourselves.
The Lord of Time is moving it for our behalf. He works time for His purposes. Time is a tool in His hand to use for His goals.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
And if the Lord had not cut short the days, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, whom he chose, he shortened the days. Mark 13:20
An ‘hour’ in His sight could be a generation, or 41.6 years, if you use the 1 day= 1,000 years formula. Or it could be a variation of what we know. The key is readiness for that is the theme of so many of His parables. So many these days are dying unexpectedly. Don’t be the one who isn’t ready to meet Him… this very hour.
History repeats itself, and we are definitely in a cycle of time right before a great calamity, because of humanity’s pride and wickedness, AND because His people have also gone astray during this time. SO many whom claim to be His are still yet infants in spiritual things, not able to digest the ‘meat’ of the spiritual time they are in. Don’t let this be you. So take heed to Jesus’ warning and advice.
Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. Matthew 10:16
How will we survive? How will we know what to say? How will we know what to do?
This my friends is the EXACT role of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Do you have a good enough relationship with Him to hear Him? So that you can do what you must in carrying out His orders?
