Revelation and inspiration. Are you ready?

Behold, I have made your face strong against their faces, and your forehead strong against their foreheads.

Like adamant stone, harder than flint, I have made your forehead; do not be afraid of them, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they are a rebellious house.” 

Moreover He said to me: “Son of man, receive into your heart all My words that I speak to you, and hear with your ears. Ezekiel 3:8-10

What has the Father given you to do? Can He trust you with a project, message, song, art piece, story, or vision and be true to the strict instructions the Holy Spirit demands of you? Are you trustworthy now at this stage of your life? Can God trust you now with His agenda through you, what He made you to do for Him? Some of us need to get ready, and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and purify our lives by cutting off those fleshly branches growing from the roots of pride, fear, and lust, so that we can be ready for what He has planned for us to carry out for Him.

Revelation and inspiration is now being poured out on those He can trust to handle the call He has made them for. We are now seeing another fulfillment of this prophecy in the prophetic message from Joel.

And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. Joel 2:28

These divinely downloaded messages / gifts from God aren’t really being given to the ‘known’ or celebrities, but to those who have been faithful and have allowed God to refine them to receive those downloads. These people have passed the tests and challenges of their faith. This message to Ezekiel from the Lord has made Ezekiel’s forehead harder than flint, like an ‘adamant stone’. To me this makes me think of the refining work of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will bring tests and challenges to strengthen our ‘trust’ in Him, so that our faith (that the Lord divinely implanted within us) might be activated. The measure of faith that we each have has been divinely implanted in us by the Hand of God, and that faith must be tested otherwise we won’t know what that faith can do within us. Read that last sentence again. We need to learn to trust the Lord with everything within us.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;

In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

So don’t dismiss and be angry at the Lord’s work in exposing the things in your life that need to be ‘cut off’. He is making you ready for His work through you. He is the Master Gardener, who is readying His creation for a great harvest. All of us need to be pressing into Him and be willing to address those things the Holy Spirit highlights within us that need changing. Those growths / branches that need to be pruned and cut off.

Father make ready your servants who by your hand will be sent like a flaming arrow and will pierce the works of the enemies of God and expose their evil.  Are you in His quiver ready to be used by the Master Archer to be sent at the target He is aiming at?

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” Isaiah 6:8
