Exactly .. Who is this type of individual?

Terminally Committed To Christ / TC2

Who is this type of individual?

They don’t consider their lives to be their own — but actually ‘dead’ …and the life that they now have is His life and will by Him alone. They count each day as His day and life to be lived by His instruction – fully indwelled by the power and Presence of the Holy Spirit.

Fully and wholly given to the advance of Christ on earth by pledging their entire life and all they have to His Service and Kingship.

Radical obedience to the indwelling Presence of the Holy Spirit. Seeing each day as a ‘new assignment’ to Jesus and following His Voice within them.

By default always preferring others over themselves. Always protecting, guarding, and giving so that others would also be totally focused on Christ ALONE, and ask for and welcome a complete indwelling Presence of the Holy Spirit into their own bodies.

Reading the scriptures deeply and thoroughly, and learning the actual spiritual history of God’s chosen both Jewish and Gentile. Always asking the Holy Spirit for understanding, wisdom, and inspiration. Always asking for each day’s assignments and orders from the King.

Always pursuing a deeper relationship with God in every possible facet of life.

Having a deep desire to ask the Father God the hard questions …in pursuit of Him. Some would almost call it an ‘obsession’. Wanting the Father to show them more of His heart. Understanding deeper and deeper that Jesus IS the very embodiment of the Father’s heart.

Not a ‘follower’ of the world, but then often seen as a ‘rebel’ that ONLY has an allegiance to a ‘Higher’ power.

Seeks the ‘higher’ things in prayer and wants to be guided by the Holy Spirit in ALL prayer times.

Does not fear physical death as they have already faced and conquered that decision and fear  in their lives.

Counts each day as ‘gift’ from Jesus for it is His life given to us for His purposes.

Pursues the character of Christ by the very instillation and nurture of the Fruit of Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) being manifest in their entire lives.

Is this you?

For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

Philippians 1:21
